Resignation and discharge - directions

Paul David Copley’s application for permission to resign from his position as concurrent administrator, and his release and discharge from liability have been listed for directions only (i.e. procedural next steps to be determined by the Court) at 11 March 2026 at 10:30am (or as soon as possible thereafter) in the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL. Mr Copley has been invited by the Court to prepare directions for determination of the application by the Court on the papers (i.e. without an attended hearing).
