Appeal hearing

The appeal hearing is scheduled to take place between 19 and 23 May in Court 73 of the Royal Courts of Justice. The parties have been advised that the case has been selected for live-streaming, as a high profile and legally significant case (with a small time delay to prevent inadvertent broadcasting of any restricted material).

The live-streamed broadcast will be accessible from the judiciary’s website here, and will continue to be available after the hearing.

As noted below, copies of P4U’s supplementary skeleton argument, the Respondents’ skeleton arguments and the CMA’s written observations will be made available once the hearing commences.
